SMS Terms & Conditions
How our text-messaging program works, and your consent and opt-out rights.
1. Program description
Course FPX LLC offers an SMS text-messaging program so we can support your studying and your account. Through the program we send study and deadline reminders, account notifications, customer-support replies, and tutor-session confirmations. Messages are sent only to mobile numbers whose owners have opted in. This program operates under applicable telecommunications rules, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and carrier A2P 10DLC requirements.
2. Consent and opt-in
By providing your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box (which is unchecked by default) on our sign-up, account, or contact form, or by otherwise expressly agreeing, you give Course FPX LLC your prior express consent to send you text messages at that number for the purposes described above. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any product or subscription. You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the number you provide and that you are at least 18 years old.
3. Types of messages
Messages relate to your studying and your account — for example:
- Study & deadline reminders for the milestones and dates you set in your planner;
- Account notifications such as sign-in, security, or billing-related alerts;
- Customer-support replies to questions you send us; and
- Tutor-session confirmations and reminders for sessions you schedule.
We do not send unsolicited marketing texts to people who have not opted in.
4. Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your settings and your interaction with the Service (for example, the reminders and sessions you schedule).
5. Cost
Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier’s plan. Course FPX LLC does not charge for the messages themselves.
6. Opting out (STOP)
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed and we will stop sending texts, unless you opt in again. You may also opt out in your account settings or by emailing contact@coursefpx.com.
7. Getting help (HELP)

8. Carriers and delivery
Delivery is subject to your mobile carrier’s network and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change without notice.
9. Privacy of your mobile information
No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in information is used solely to deliver the messages you requested from Course FPX LLC and to support your account.

10. Changes
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date reflects the current version. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance.
