Every plan gives you the study tools you need: study, practice, plan, format, and get coaching and feedback. Subscriptions are billed securely through our payment processor (Stripe); you can see current plan details and start, change, or cancel inside your account.

Subscribe in your account — paid by card
CourseFPX is self-serve subscription software. Current plan details are shown inside your account before you subscribe, and payment is handled by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified processor. Your card details are entered on Stripe's secure checkout — Course FPX LLC never sees or stores full card numbers. You receive a receipt for every charge, and you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your account.
Programs & groups — arranged with you
For study groups, cohorts, and organizations that need multiple seats, billing is arranged to suit the group rather than charged per individual subscription. Tell us how many learners you need and how you would like to be billed, and we will set it up — with shared planning and progress views and onboarding support for the whole group.
Why don't you publish a price list on the site?
Plans are organized by the tools and capabilities you get, and current plan details are shown inside your account before you subscribe — so you always see what you are getting and what it costs before you commit, rather than a static figure on a marketing page. You can start, change, or cancel your plan at any time.
Can I change plans as my needs change?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account, and the change takes effect for your next billing cycle. Higher tiers simply add more study tools — APA help, draft feedback, and live tutor sessions — so you can start with the essentials and add coaching when you want it.
Can I cancel, and what is your refund policy?
Yes — you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Billing cycles, cancellations, and the circumstances under which charges are refundable are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. We encourage you to read it before subscribing.
Which currency are subscriptions billed in?
Subscriptions are billed in U.S. dollars (USD) and processed in USD by Stripe. If you are outside the United States, your bank or card issuer may apply currency conversion at their own rates.
