SMS & messaging consent
We send SMS text messages — study and deadline reminders, account notifications, support replies, and tutor-session confirmations — only to users who have given prior express consent (for example, by checking the opt-in box), and consent is never a condition of purchase. Our messaging program is consistent with the U.S. Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and carrier A2P 10DLC registration requirements.

Payment security (PCI-DSS)
Subscriptions are billed through Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment service provider. Card data is entered directly into Stripe's secure checkout; Course FPX LLC does not collect, process, or store full card numbers, CVV codes, or magnetic-stripe data on its own systems. Current plan details are shown in your account before you subscribe, and you can cancel at any time.

Account & study-data protection
We are trusted with your account information and study data, and we treat it as confidential. We process personal data lawfully and only for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy — running the platform, delivering your study tools and coaching, and communicating with you. We apply least-privilege access, encrypt data in transit (TLS/HTTPS), and never sell your personal information. We honor applicable privacy rights, including those under U.S. state laws (such as the CCPA) and the GDPR where it applies.

CourseFPX is served over HTTPS with modern security headers (HSTS, X-Content-Type-Options, X-Frame-Options, and a restrictive Permissions-Policy), and we keep dependencies patched. We build toward WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility so the study platform is usable by everyone.
